Trusting Hearts Youth Services is a non-for–profit business that provides a residential group home living for at risk youth and young adults (with a focus on adolescents ages 18-21 years old), in Cook County, and  surrounding counties in the Northeastern Illinois Region. The program will form partnerships with local  Children’s Services, Children’s and Family Services, school districts and  all other existing systems in place to help our children. 

Trusting Hearts Youth Services will provide services in direct response to the growing number of young adolescents that are falling through the cracks of the systems designed to help them, or are already  entangled with the system or cannot live safely with their parent/guardian or in foster care.  The goal of the program is to identify adolescents who may benefit from our guidance and specific  programming to help them navigate the turbulent transition to adulthood, and create opportunities for  them to successfully move into adulthood with proper life skills. Through quality care, hope, support, and  guidance, we intend to expose the youth in our care to opportunities in the community that will help them  see a future where they have independence, responsibility and success. The focus will be slightly different at  each level, but the goal remains the same; empower the young person to make positive changes in their life  and teach strategies for seizing opportunities and making positive changes that will lead to successful  outcomes.  

Trusting Heart Youth Services would like to see growth in the adolescence population they will serve. The  founders desire community change to improve the health and well-being of the children coming through the  system. The organization is driven to help mentor and teach youth to become healthy, vibrant and  empowered adults. Our staff is devoted to filling in the gap of lifelong parental absence or neglect or other  trauma suffered by the youth in need of care and support.
